What we keep, and why.

Monarch Models works with adults. Do not send this form if you are under 18. If a note says you are under 18, it will not be treated as an application.

The apply and contact forms ask for your name, email, and the note you choose to send. The application also asks for social handles, an optional phone number, an optional OnlyFans link, a revenue range, and what you want managed.

If the form is accepted, that information is stored so the desk can reply. It is not sold. It is not used as a public testimonial. Do not send account passwords.

OnlyFans is a separate company. Anything you submit here is a message to Monarch Models, LLC, not to that platform.
